Telescopic Crane

The telescoping boom is the main structural component of the crane. It consists of multiple sections, typically made of high-strength steel, that can be extended or retracted hydraulically or mechanically. The boom sections slide into one another, allowing the crane to reach different heights and lengths depending on the configuration.

Telescopic cranes are equipped with mechanisms, usually hydraulic cylinders, that extend and retract the boom sections. These mechanisms provide precise control over the length of the boom, allowing operators to adjust the reach of the crane as needed.

Telescopic cranes come in various sizes and lifting capacities, ranging from small truck-mounted cranes capable of lifting a few tons to large all-terrain cranes capable of lifting several hundred tons. The lifting capacity of a telescopic crane depends on factors such as the size of the crane, the length of the boom, and the configuration of the load.
